Attractive gameplay of Tetris

Tetris is a puzzle game developed by Soviet computer scientist Alexey Pajitnov in 1984. The game is considered one of the best video games of all time. Arrange the blocks falling from above to form complete horizontal rows. When a complete horizontal row is created, it will be cleared and the blocks above will fall down. The goal is to achieve the highest score by clearing as many horizontal lines as possible. The blocks in Tetris come in seven different forms, called tetrominoes. Each tetromino has four squares arranged in different shapes. The player can move the tetrominoes left, right, down, or rotate them. The game gradually becomes more difficult as the falling speed of the blocks increases.

Tips for playing Tetris to become a master

  • Avoid focusing on the current tetromino blocks, but focus on the next ones so you can move and rotate them correctly.
  • Wall" is the left and right part of the Tetris screen. You can use the "wall" to temporarily hold tetromino blocks while waiting for the right spot to stack them. However, be careful not to let the tetrominoes tetromino blocks stack too high as it can cause you to lose.
  • Difficult tetromino blocks such as I, O, and T often cause difficulties for players. Instead of trying to stack the easy tetromino blocks first, focus on stacking the difficult tetromino blocks first. Once you have mastered the difficult tetromino blocks, the easy tetromino blocks will become simpler.
